Do bulging muscles come easily?
You may have seen guys going around looking muscular all year round without too much in the way of weight lifting. Those guys make you sick ;) They don’t have to do much and yet they have quite big bulging muscles. That type of body is what you’d call a natural. They are just naturally muscular, in other word, they are the mesomorph type. They can go to the gym and 6 months later, they can enter their first competition. It’s just that easy for them.
Most of us on the other hand, have to work quite hard at it and also make sure that we intake enough calories with the right amount of protein, carbohydrate and some fat in order to grow at a reasonable pace. Specially if you are an ectomorph like me. Ectomorphic bodies tend to be slender with less muscle mass. Developing muscles, specially large muscles tend to be quite a challenge.
<>Then we have the endomorphic body with somewhat heavy rounded body often with a tendency to become fat. That type has to be concerned with less calorie but still with the right amount of protein in order the develop the muscle and burn the fat.
I do believe must of us already know what type of body we have. The point is, achieving success in bodybuilding is not solely dependent on your body type and metabolism, it depends on knowledge of the art of bodybuilding, nutrition, hard work and concentration. That can take you further than anything else.
